Early childhood education forms

Here you can print out forms related to early childhood education and care and pre-primary education. After filling in a form, you can return it either to your child’s daycare facility, the ECEC Service Planner, or to a City Service Point. The City of Kitee also uses online forms for applying for early childhood education and care, enrolling for pre-primary education, and submitting an income report for early childhood education. You will find a link to these services on this page in the right-hand sidebar.
