Ice hall and outdoor ice-skating rinks

The local ice hall, owned by Kiteen Jäähalli Oy, is located in the Hutsi Sports Centre. In addition to activities of the local ice sports clubs, the ice hall hosts public hours open for all Kitee residents from the middle of September till the end of March. See here for the public hours.

Kitee

• Ice hall, Urheilutie 7, Kitee
• Ice rink at Arppe School, Opintie, Kitee
• Ice-skating area in the Hutsi Sports Centre, Urheilutie, Kitee. The Hutsi ice-skating rink is primarily meant for so-called free skating.
• Puhos School
• Ice-skating area on the Varstatie playground in Kytänniemi
• Sledding hills can be found in the Hutsi Sports Centre, near the VesPeli sports facility, close to the flagpoles, and in Tikanpelto close to the ABC service station.

Kesälahti

• Kesälahti ice-skating rink, Sortolammentie 1
• Villala School, Ketolanlahdentie 1
